After successful careers in higher education administration and various corporate roles, Ingrid is now passionate about her work in leadership development consulting. She spent many years in a successful career with GE, working at their Corporate Headquarters and various GE businesses, in HR, Training, and Six Sigma Quality. Her unique background brings diverse perspectives and fresh ideas to her roles as designer, facilitator, and master trainer, allowing her to consistently exceed client expectations.
Ingrid’s roles as a Design & Delivery Partner with Baker Hughes and Freeman, and External Faculty at both GE’s and Boeing’s leadership centers, showcase her ability to influence and inspire thousands of leaders across different industries, challenging them to think differently, learning through experiences and self-discovery. Her academic credentials, including a BA in mathematics and an MBA, coupled with her various leadership-related certifications, underscore her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
